Ayurvedic Coaching
There is only one of you in the whole world.
We’re all born with a certain Ayurvedic mind-body type that is completely unique to you (your Prakruti). There never was one and never will be one exactly like you again! And if you’re unique, your health needs are unique too.
The very special combination of Doshas (ayurvedic mind-body types or energies) that is uniquely you is the key to living your life to the fullest. A deep understanding of your Doshas and how they are influenced by your environment will help you navigate the ebbs and flows of your life.
With Ayurveda it becomes easy to optimise your lifestyle to serve your unique purpose in life. Ayurveda has, after all, been successful for thousands of years in helping people achieve a life of health and wellbeing.
Ayurveda treats the whole person: body, mind and soul
It’s not a quick fix – after all, it took you a while to get to this point, didn’t it?
Thisis for you if you:
- are balancing on the verge of burnout, fighting adrenal fatigue or chronic fatigue. You feel exhausted all the time and have had enough of working too much and trying to juggle it all
- feel something’s off and if you’re honest, it’s been like that for a long time
- are tired yet can’t switch off, suffer with insomnia and your anxiety is going through the roof
- doubt what your Ayurvedic mind-body type is (your Dosha) or you know your Dosha but you’re feeling overwhelmed and confused and don’t know where to start
- dread your period arriving each month, with cramping, headaches, mood swings and constipation
- feel like you’re eating healthily, yet your gut is not happy, struggling with IBS, dysbiosis or candida
- have vague and chronic complaints that just don’t go away
Trust me, I know what it’s like.
I struggled with burnouts and adrenal fatigue throughout my corporate career. For 10 yearsof my life. When I hit rock bottom, I was only in my early thirties at the time and wondered is this really it?
Even though I was eating healthily, doing yoga, exercising a lot, I didn’t feel good. My period was agony, I was tired all the time and I started to dread social obligations. I didn’t understand why any of it was happening.
I was living for the weekends and holidays; shopping, eating and exercising excessively to numb that niggling feeling.
I don’t want this for you. I might have been able to turn things around for me sooner if I’d listened to my body & soul, instead of trying to push through with my mind, trying to live up to everyone else’s expectations.
When I discovered Ayurveda, everything changed for me. It made so much sense. I went on to retrain and study Ayurveda and Yoga in India. With the help of Ayurveda, my personal experience and connecting the dots with modern science, I am now guiding clients through powerful transformations in their lives.
Introducing…
body, mind & soul
ayurvedic coaching
Ayurveda is a multi-faceted science.
It digs deep and goes to the root cause of the problem.
We look at your body and the symptoms that are showing. We examine your lifestyle, environment, the state of your mind, your work, diet, sleep and spiritual alignment, and bring it together in 3 pillars.
My three Ayurvedic coaching pillars
Body
MONTH 1
We assess the symptoms your body is manifesting from an Ayurvedic perspective.
We dive deeply into which foods promote your health and which take it away.
We’ll also investigate your needs for exercise and sleep, so that combining these elements you can confidently bring your body into balance.
Mind
MONTH 2
Healing can not happen when the body is in stress. We assess your stress levels, work on increasing awareness, and give you tools to cope.
We’ll also help you to sleep better and relieve anxiety, increasing your resilience and feeling empowered about taking your health into your own hands.
Soul
MONTH 3
When we free up energy through the first two pillars, we’ll dive into your lifestyle choices. This is often where the root cause of the problems can be found.
We’ll create clarity about your priorities going forward, and dive into the concept of Dharma, the purpose in your life.
Staying the same is not an option anymore
- you are done with band-aid solutions to improve your health
- you are done with restrictive diets and feeling angry at your body
- you are ready to make sustainable changes to your life
- you want a personalised step-by-step strategy and support to turn things around
- you want to embrace Ayurveda even though its guidance may be contrary to what you’ve learned about healthy eating and living

A new approach to healing my body
Working with Irina has been a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable and has a very supportive and compassionate approach. It has opened my eyes to a new approach to healing my body. For far too long I have been forcing my body to perform all of the tasks and activities I want to do, but without supporting it with the proper nutrition and rest.
I feel more empowered to make better choices that support a more cyclical way of eating, working and exercising. I have experienced a noticeable increase of steady energy throughout the day, no longer feeling tired after meals, as well as more energy for my daily workouts. Overall, I am still becoming more accustomed to these changes, so I’m not 100% yet, but I do feel like I have a good plan and am very motivated to continue.

Ayurvedic Coaching Feedback
I had an extreme skin rash for months before I came into contact with Ayurveda. After trying many other holistic approaches and realizing that nothing really changed I came across you and it really spoke to me to look into the food aspects of the disease.
I had a really good click with you and I’m happy we could share this journey together. I became more aware of the food I was digesting, how it was nurturing me and what the effects were of eating these foods. I also came to the realization in our session that it’s definitely not only the food I’m digesting, but all that is surrounding me while eating as well (and outside of eating).
I started to create more space and awareness to properly digest what I ingest. You are a great listener and I really enjoyed the little wisdoms you shared about my journey with food. I really benefitted from the session we had. Thank you so much for your help.
