The retreat will be held in a charming 17th century farm in the Belgian Ardennes. Surrounded by nature the only thing you will hear here is the birds!
The farm is located 10 minutes from Namur, and just 1 hour and 20 minutes from Antwerp.

The rooms are shared. There are two double rooms and one 4-bed room. All beds are comfortable single beds with a choice of pillows!


* The retreat will be held in Dutch.

11.30-13.00:     massage class: we learn the principles of Ayurvedic walking massage

13.00-14.30:    lunch

14.30-18.00:     free time to read, go for a hike in the forest, rest.

18.00-20.00:    dinner

20.00-21.00:    introduction to meditation and short meditation practice

11.30-13.00:     introduction to ayurveda & nutrition

The yoga classes were amazing! Irina’s voice is happy and relaxed. Most magical moment: first headstand ever on the grass in the evening sun! The best session was the yoga nidra class on Friday evening. It was MY special weekend :-)
