Hi, I'm Irina

I’m a certified Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle consultant and yoga teacher (500+hr YT). I’ve been teaching and writing about Ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle, yoga and meditation since 2015, when I founded ForeverSunday Ayurveda and Yoga. I host Ayurveda and Yoga retreats in Portugal and offer online yoga and yoga nidra meditation classes, Ayurveda workshops and Ayurvedic coaching.

This is me with my two rescues on one of my local beaches. Besides dogs and beaches (obvs), I love pomegranates, hot baths (I’m a Pitta…) and Bollywood movies. And of course, teaching others about Ayurveda!
