Step 1: The basics

You’ll learn about high Prana foods, the importance of eating at the right time, what mindful eating practices you should adopt (and which ones to let go of), good and bad food combinations, why you should follow the seasons, and how to implement all these changes. Even if you implement just this module, your digestion and energy level will improve dramatically!
