Whether you are a seasoned yogi or just starting out, here are some yoga tips that may help you in your practice. When you are just starting out with yoga, there is a lot to wrap your head around. It’s all happening at the same time! The poses, the vocabulary, the breath. And always when you think you have something figured out, a teacher tells you something different or to do something differently. Even now that I am a yoga teacher, I still feel there is so much to learn, and my own practice is changing every day.
