Immune boosting ayurvedic smoothie with blueberries and ginger
- 100g frozen blueberries (organic)
- a small piece of ginger – about the size of your little fingernail
- juice of 1 orange
- hot but not boiling water
Add all the ingredients except the water to a blender. Turn on the blender. Add the water as you are blending until you reach the right consistency (choose whether you want it more watery or eating it with a spoon). Top with some fresh berries and orange parts.
Make smoothies more easily digestible by using a limited number of ingredients and drinking them room temperature.
